Sheffield United are extending the deal for Sunderland midfielder Andy Reid.
The Daily Mail says Sheffield United have been given the go-ahead to keep Reid for a second month on loan.
Sunderland are happy to let the 28-year-old midfielder continue building up his form and fitness at Bramall Lane, where his initial month ends after Crystal Palace's visit on Saturday.
