Sunderland are on the verge of securing the services of Ibrahim Didier Ndong.

L'Equipe reports that the Black Cats are in advanced talks with French club Lorient regarding the defensive midfielder.

A source from the Gabon Football Association reportedly revealed that Ndong left the Gabon national team camp on Tuesday morning the finalise his transfer to the Premier League.

It is understood that Ndong, 22, will cost the Wearside club around £17million (€20m).
