Sunderland are closing in on a deal for Portsmouth striker John Utaka.
The Sun says Utaka is set to quit Portsmouth and complete a £1million switch to Sunderland.
Pompey are keen to offload the striker to the Black Cats.
And administrator Andrew Andronikou admitted: "I am very confident he will go."
