Sunderland are eyeing Hamburg winger Nabil Bahoui.

The young Swede is ready to leave HSV in January after a difficult first half of the season in Germany.

Sportbladet says Sunderland are among a raft of clubs chasing the talented midfielder for the winter transfer window.

Las Palmas, Burnley, Sunderland and Malmo FF are all being linked.

"I feel I have more to give abroad before a possible comeback to the Allsvenskan. But I respect Malmo is strong," said Bahoui.
