Sunderland boss Gus Poyet has hinted David Moberg Karlsson will be sold in the summer.

The young Swede has joined Kilmarnock on-loan to the end of the season.

Poyet told the Sunderland Echo: "The boy was finding it difficult I think. He's going to find a new opportunity there and then who knows?"
