Tottenham Hotspur have valued Darren Bent at £18m whilst Premier League rivals Sunderland will only pay a maximum of £12m for the striker. Spurs paid Charlton Athletic £16.5m for the England international in 2007, and it is thought that chairman Daniel Levy wants a good return on their investment, claims the Daily Mirror.
