Sunderland have accepted a bid of £2m from Reading for goalkeeper Vito Mannone.
The Italian keeper has been a regular for the Black Cats during pre season, but was left out of the upcoming fixture against Hartlepool United.
Mannone, who has one-year left on his current contract, will undergo a medical with the Royals on Monday.
The 29-year old joined the Wearside club from Arsenal in 2013 and made 67 Premier League appearances.
