Stuttgart have entered the race to sign Liverpool youngster Dominic Solanke.

The 21-year-old has been unable to see any action for the Reds this season in the Premier League.

He is wanted by a number of clubs, but Stuttgart have the most serious interest.

The news comes from German outlet Kicker.

Stuttgart are third from bottom in the Bundesliga, with one of the lowest goals scored figures in the division.

They are desperate to add a quality striker in the January transfer window.
