Stuttgart coach Fredi Bobic is aware of interest from Liverpool and Tottenham for striker Pavel Pogrebnyak.

The 26-year-old Russia international has impressed in the Bundesliga since his arrival in 2009 and is regarded as one of Stuttgart's prized assets.

"I have been listening to rumours that Liverpool and Tottenham have their eyes on Pavel," Stuttgart head coach Bobic told German publication Bild.

"It's a fact. However, none of these clubs have been talking to us about him lately. He is a player of VfB Stuttgart."
