Italian agent Alessio Sundas has revealed Barcelona are not shutting down the prospect of Leo Messi leaving.
Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo has urged Messi this week to join him in Italy, fueling fresh talk of a move to Inter Milan.
And Sundas told Calciomercato.com: "I exchanged some emails with (Barca GM) Pep Segura and Leo's father these last days and for once, their answer was not a dry no! So I think there is a slight hope to see Messi in Serie A.
"Initially, I thought to propose the case to Napoli, because I am convinced that Messi is the only one to be able to revive the myth of Maradona. However, not all clubs can afford Messi and ultimately, I believe that Inter is the only credible contender.
"To succeed in attracting Messi to the Nerazzurri, it would be the only shot that could overshadow the recruitment of Cristiano Ronaldo by Juventus."
