Manchester City defender John Stones is set to be rewarded with a new contract.
The Englishman looked set to leave City after starting just one of their opening 11 games of the season.
But after forcing his way into the team recently, Stones has looked undroppable alongside centre-back partner Ruben Dias.
And according to the Telegraph, those performances have won over Pep Guardiola and Stones will now be offered a contract extension.
The 26-year-old has been with City since 2016 and has won two Premier League titles with the club.
