Stoke City midfielder Tom Soares is being tipped for big things at Hibs.

On-loan Soares has the backing of Hibs boss Pat Fenlon.

"Tom has great belief and we want him to go and play. I believe there is still more in him, he is a quality footballer." declared Fenlon.

"The fitness levels from the game at Ibrox and the win at Easter Road will really bring him on and I really think Tom will get better as the season goes on.

"He hasn't played a lot of football recently and that can have an effect, from a fitness point of view - and also in terms of confidence."
