Stoke City midfielder Liam Lawrence has revealed he'd consider playing away on-loan this summer to boost his fitness.

"It's mad that I hadn't scored since August," he told The Sun. "I should be scoring five or 10 a season but I've been out for ages. I'm still finding my feet.

"But as long as we are safe that's all that matters.

"The summer's coming and I could do with going out on loan to Iceland or somewhere like that just to keep playing."
