Stoke City winger Matthew Etherington says even with victory over Blackburn Rovers tomorrow they cannot guarantee Premiership safety.

He told The Sentinel: "The manager has said to us this week that we have to work even harder now for these last six games to make sure we get over that finishing line.

"It is not done yet. It is not even close to being done."
