Stoke City target Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has revealed that he travelled to the UK in order to hold talks regarding a potential transfer.
Stoke's need for a new midfielder this summer has been emphasized following the departure of star man Steven N'Zonzi to Sevilla and it has been widely reported that the Potters are eyeing a move for Udinese star Agyemang-Badu to fill the void left by the French midfielder.
Now Agyemang-Badu has gone on to reveal that he has been in contact with a UK based club but stated that nothing has been signed as of yet.
The 24-year old said: "I went to the UK, that is true. I had a series of meetings with some big men but since then no one has called Udinese.
"I haven't signed any deal but the window is opened from now until August I think so anything can happen."
