Jonathan Walters has been told he will not be leaving Stoke, according to Sky Sports.
Leicester joined Norwich in a deadline-day race for the forward, who handed in a transfer request earlier in the week.
But Stoke boss Mark Hughes has consistently said he wants Walters to stay, and the Republic of Ireland international will remain at the Britannia.
Walters is in the final year of his Stoke contract, and Hughes said at the weekend: "He knows my feelings - we want him to stay.
"Norwich did make a bid but it was nowhere near our valuation of what Jon gives us, so that was sent back very, very quickly."
