Stoke City assistant manager Dave Kemp is set to leave the position to become the club's chief scout.

Kemp will primarily cover the North and South American market, a move which suits him because his family home is in the United States.

Kemp's move is part of a backroom reshuffle which leaves Tony Pulis looking for an experienced coach.
