Stoke City on the verge of completing a loan move for Real Madrid youngster Sergio Molina.

Stoke manager Mark Hughes is a keen follower of the Spanish market and it was reported a few weeks ago that the Welshman was eyeing a move for Molina.

To add fuel to the speculation, the defensive midfielder was said to have arrived in England last week to undergo a medical ahead of a potential move.

Now according to ESPN, Stoke are on the verge of completing the signing of Molina and the 19-year old will be arriving at the Britannia Stadium on a season-long loan deal from the Spanish giants.
