Stoke City have left eight players out of their pre-season squad for the Netherlands tour.
Sky Sports News reports that Moritz Bauer, Geoff Cameron, Mame Biram Diouf, Giannelli Imbula, Julien Ngoy, Erik Pieters, Kevin Wimmer and Bojan are among the first team players not going on the trip.
Boss Nathan Jones has left players at home who he does not see as being part of his plans for next season.
Some players are the ones who want to move on, while others may be surplus to requirements as the club tries to build a promotion-worthy squad.

The Championship side will begin their pre-season preparations against MSV Duisburg on July 13.
