Stoke keeper Butland rubbishes exit claims: I'm not going anywhere

Jack Butland has moved to quash rumours stating he wanted to leave Stoke City.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper has been with the club since 2013. He has since established himself as an England international and is expected to make this year's World Cup squad.

The Potters are currently second bottom, but are only two points from safety. And Butland wrote on Twitter that he isn't planning on abandoning ship anytime soon.

"Before this spreads any further, I haven't told the club I want to leave, I'm focused on doing everything I can to keep the club in this division!" Butland posted on social media.
