Stoke City defender Erik Pieters is enjoying his link-up with Oussama Assaidi.

On-loan Liverpool winger Assaidi has hit top form in recent weeks.

And Pieters told The Sentinel: "Ossie's good, I can play balls to him and he's a good player with great technique. When he gets on the ball he's very strong and that's good for me as well because I can make overlaps. I like playing with him.

"It's quite exciting to play in this team full-stop. I think especially at home we're getting better and better and I'm enjoying myself very much."
