Stoke City are closing on a move for Club Brugge centre back Bjorn Engles, according to the Sun.

The report claims that the player's agent has been in talks with the Potters for several days and a deal is close now. The Potters have already signed Bruno Martins Indi and Kurt Zouma (on loan) and Engles will be Mark Hughes' third centre-back signing this summer.

The 22-year-old Belgian has also been linked with Arsenal and Everton in the past.
