Stoke City chairman Peter Coates isn't panicking over recent defeats.
Defeat at Fulham on Saturday was Stoke's third on the bounce and leaves them 16th in the table.
"I'm not even thinking about January," he stressed to The Sentinel.
"I am thinking about improving with the players we have got. And I'm sure that is what Mark Hughes is doing as well.
"We have had one poor game against Norwich, and they didn't murder us, we just didn't play well.
"Anyone watching us every week will say we haven't done badly at all, apart from Norwich."
