Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is determined not to allow the egos of his players to run wild.
Pulis is alarmed at the rise of top-flight egos in the game and insists he does not stand for it at his club.
The Potters manager said: "What's happened is that Premier League players are almost film stars these days.
"It's that ego you're fighting against all the time.
"Players have got more now than they've ever had."
