Stoke City boss Tony Pulis admits Dave Kitson's loan at Reading could be turned into a permanent deal.

He said: "We've had detailed talks with Reading and exactly what happens with Dave at the end of the season depends on whether Reading win promotion."

It is believed Stoke will recoup much of their initial outlay on Kitson should Reading buy him back in the summer, says The Sentinel.
