Stoke City boss Mark Hughes says any football identity caught up in this week's scandal should be named.
Hughes believes everybody will be deemed guilty by association until the identities of the people involved are revealed.
"If there's evidence certain individuals have been involved in things they shouldn't have been, then it's important those guys are named," said Hughes.
"Because if they aren't then everybody else is guilty by association by virtue of being a manager or coach in football.
"If there is any wrongdoing clearly those people have to named, then everybody else is seen in the correct light.
"At the moment there's a lot of debate about whose involved and who isn't."
