Juventus have signed a six-year deal with Star Lager, which becomes the club's official beer partner for Nigeria, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

The agreement will run until the end of the 2022/23 Italian soccer season and will see Star run a series of events and campaigns for the Serie A champions' fans in Nigeria.

Star, a brand of Nigerian Breweries, is the best-selling beer in the west African nation.

"We share many common values with the Bianconeri," stated Nigerian Breweries marketing director, Franco Maria Maggi. "We're both well-known brands with strong reputations also beyond our respective national boundaries.

"Star Lager has long been involved in the world of sport and now, thanks to our partnership with Juventus, we'll be working side by side with a club boasting a unique history and one which is very well loved in Nigeria."
