Bournemouth winger Junior Stanislas says the time for talking is over at the club.
The Cherries are embroiled in a tough relegation scrap that they are not winning at the moment.
They are 19th with 27 points, a point behind 17th placed Watford.
Bournemouth have Tottenham and Leicester in their next two games, which they cannot afford to lose.
Asked about the relegation scrap, Stanislas told reporters: "Yeah, we're going to have to [build momentum]. Games are running out.
"If we're going to stay in the division, we're going to have to start picking up points.
"We've got a big one against Spurs on Thursday. We're at home as well, so we have to turn up there.
"We'll have no excuses. We can't keep talking - it's time for action.
"We need to try to start putting some points on the board."
