St Etienne fullback Mathieu Debuchy insists he holds no grudge against former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
Debuchy left the Gunners in January after a difficult two seasons in London under Wenger.
He told France Football: "How I felt with Wenger? Not abandoned, but after ... We could argue, yes ... But I was not going to see him to talk about all that.
"I think the coach, especially at this level, he has other things to manage, a lot of pressure. After, it's still football. You play, you start, you are important to the team. You play less or you are not in the team, you are forgotten.
"Subsequently, you talk more and more with the guys in the same case as you. You discuss your problems, but otherwise, no, on the whole it went pretty well."
