Tottenham and Everton are set to do battle for Southampton midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
The 24-year-old is wanted in the summer market as he wishes to leave the Saints.
An offer of around £18 million has arrived from Carlo Ancelotti's Everton, according to the Telegraph.
It may push Spurs to make an offer, as they would risk losing the player to the Toffees if they do not act quickly.
The North London club were keen to sign him in January, and may want to include Kyle Walker-Peters in a deal for Hojbjerg.
The Danish international was Saints captain before he was stripped of the role by Ralph Hasenhuttl, when he indicated his desire to leave.
Southampton want £35 million for the midfielder.
