Spurs are not giving up on signing Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser.

Arsenal had reportedly got a step on luring Fraser to the Emirates earlier this week.

However, Football Insider says Spurs are putting together a lucrative contract to offer the Scotland international.

The 26-year-old is out of contract at the end of this season.

Both North London clubs are set to rely on free agents, loans and swap deals this summer due to the coronavirus pandemic.
