Tottenham Hotspur are not willing to meet Barcelona's demands for Philippe Coutinho.

The Catalan outfit want a huge fee for Coutinho, even if he goes out on loan.

They want a club to pay a one year £9m loan fee and the player's £250,000-a-week wage.

That is out of the budget for Spurs, per ESPN.

A permanent deal is also possible, but Barca want around £75 million.

That is another figure Spurs cannot afford, given they are struggling financially due to stadium repayments and the COVID-19 outbreak.
