Spurs midfielder Winks: Mourinho telling us nothing's over

Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho had many things to say to his players after their 1-0 defeat against RB Leipzig in the Champions League.

Spurs had a first leg opportunity to stamp their authority on the tie, but they fell at home instead.

The London club will be hoping they can overturn the deficit away from home in Germany in the second leg.

They will have to do so without star men Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane, who are both out for the long term.

Midfielder Harry Winks admitted that no one was happy after the first leg performance, but they are not giving up.

When asked about what Mourinho said to the players, he told reporters: "The manager's come in and told us the game's not over and we know that as well.

"The last two years in the Champions League has been difficult for us but we've found ways of coming out on top and hopefully we can do the same when we go there."
