Tottenham and Manchester United are moving for Barcelona midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

Pjanic has been offered a free transfer by Barca this past week, with management eager to clear his wages off the books.

The Daily Express says Spurs and United are both eager to bring the veteran to England this summer.

Spurs hold an advantage thanks to the presence of sporting director Fabio Paratici.

Paratici bought and sold Pjanic while in charge of Juventus and maintains a good relationship with the Bosnia international.
