Tottenham hero Micky Hazard says the players need to take responsibility for their recent form slide.
Tottenham face Arsenal in the North London derby today, desperate to win and cling on to any chance of claiming a top-four spot.
Hazard told the Daily Star Sunday: "The bottom line is it is nothing to do with the chairman.
"Sometimes even the manager isn't to blame. The buck stops with the players. The players are the ones on the park who can affect things.
"At the end of the day, Tim Sherwood has taken over the team. It is not his squad."
