Crystal Palace are close to securing Tottenham fullback Kyle Walker-Peters on loan.

Roy Hodgson is determined to add quality and more bodies to his squad in the January transfer window.

And The Athletic suggests that Walker-Peters could soon be swapping London teams.

The outlet also reports that Cenk Tosun could arrive at Palace to boost their attacking options.

Hodgson may have to make do with loan deals this winter, unless the club pulls off a mega sale such as Wilfried Zaha.

The veteran boss had mentioned wanting full backs after their FA Cup defeat to Derby, telling reporters: "Since the summer transfer window we are looking to sign at least one, possibly two strikers, and two full-backs.

"Nothing changes. I said it a year ago, I said it in the summer, I say it again."
