Striker Arp, 17, has a growing number of admirers following his record-breaking emergence this season.
Arp has broken into the Hamburg first team and became the first player born in 2000 to play and then score in the Bundesliga during this campaign.
His two goals in five starts for strugglers Hamburg have come off the back of a successful period at youth level for club and country which underlined Arp's potential.
