Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey is ready to leave for England in 2021.
BILD says Bayer management are in agreement and are willing to sell the Jamaica international for "a good offer".
Bailey wants to test himself in England and recently signed with management firm Colossal Sports Management, which also handles Raheem Sterling (Manchester City) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Liverpool).
Tottenham and Everton are among clubs keen on Bailey, with both being linked with the midfielder over the summer.
The 23-year-old has three years left on his contract.
