Kevin Wimmer has opened the door to leaving Tottenham this summer.

A return to FC Koln has been mooted for the Austria international, who admits such a move could be an "option".

The defender stated on Sky Deutschland: "I'm still in touch with Koln, it might be a good option.

"We'll see what happens, although I'd like to stay in the Premier League."

Wimmer is eager to leave Spurs after a difficult campaign last season.
