Tottenham defender Zeki Fryers has enjoyed the first days of preseason under new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Pochettino kicked off preseason on Saturday.
"Training's going well, it's been good and I like the set-up. It's been hard, sharp, but that's positive," Fryers told the Spurs website. "Pre-season is always hard but all the lads are doing well.
"We have all come back fresh and it's good to see everyone again. It was a nice break but we're all ready to put in the work now and get back into things.
"I can't wait for the games to come - hopefully I'll feature in some. We'll just have to see how things go."
