Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is Tottenham's No1 target should they lose Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentinian is the favourite to take over at Old Trafford in the summer following the news of Jose Mourinho's dismissal as Red Devils boss on Tuesday morning.

The Daily Mail says Spurs will line Howe up as Pochettino's replacement should the lure of Manchester prove too much for the South American.

Howe has proved at Bournemouth, a club with an even lower budget than Spurs, he can get a team playing attractive football.
