Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood doesn't believe he's upset chairman Daniel Levy with his straight shooting.
Sherwood has taken aim at Levy and his players since defeat to Chelsea last week.
He said: "I'm never going to take a step back. I'm just going to shoot from the hip. That's what I'm like.
"I don't think I'm upsetting him. Daniel has known me for a long time and knew I wasn't suddenly going to turn into a mute, it wasn't going to happen.
"He knows the character I am and knows what he's getting. He's getting honesty. He gets a little bit more as well.
"Do I have his full support? I think so. I'm planning for next season. It's no good me planning for next season if someone else is coming in.
"I've not asked for any assurances. I've an 18-month contract and I expect to be here a lot longer than that."
