Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho insists he doesn't bother with FIFA's The Best award.
For this year's Coach of the Year, Marcelo Bielsa (Leeds United), Hans-Dieter Flick (Bayern Munich), Jürgen Klopp (Liverpool), Julen Lopetegui (Sevilla) and Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid) are the five nominated.
Asked about the award, Mourinho scoffed: "I do not want to say that it is politics because I also have good friendships in FIFA, but I want to say that it has a lot to do with certain clubs that have a lot of power.
"It has a lot to do with some people getting more involved in it, and therefore they work more on it behind the scenes, so I do not give much credit for that."
