Tottenham have made a move for Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter.
BILD says Spurs and Atletico Madrid are in talks with Gladbach for the Germany international.
Both clubs have intimated a willingness to pay €35m for Ginter, though Gladbach are demanding €60m to sell.
Gladbach are reluctant to lose Ginter and will insist the 25 year-old will only leave for their set price.
"Matze is an absolute leader. I cannot imagine being here without him," said Gladbach coach Marco Rose this week.
