Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma could be on his way to Portugal this summer.

The young Holland international spent last season on-loan in Germany with Hamburg.

And now Bruma is wanted by Sporting Lisbon for the next campaign.

Sporting already have Dutchmen Stijn Schaars, Ricky Wolfswinkel and potentially Zakaria Labyad on their books.
