Sporting CP star Bruno Fernandes admits playing for Liverpool would be attractive to him.

Fernandes has indicated that he likes Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp's style of play much more than Manchester City and their brand of football under Pep Guardiola.

He is quoted as saying: “I like Liverpool a lot more [than Man City]. It's a more direct [style of play], more offensive, maybe less organised, but more intense football."

Fernandes added: "City, without the ball, has the intensity of the eleven, and can in a moment of pressure put the [opposing] team in a corner and end up stealing the ball.

"In Liverpool they are more individual players, especially in the midfield, usually playing three very aggressive players and recovering the ball.

"Then they have three players at the front who are lethal when they have the opportunity, the difference, as seen in this last game [against Barcelona]."
