Sporting CP midfielder Joao Palhinha is ready to join Fulham.

A Bola says Palhinha has cut short his Maldives trop to complete his switch to the Cottagers.

Sporting and Fulham have reportedly agreed a transfer fee for Palhinha.

Palhinha was on holiday on the luxury island, but will return to Lisbon to complete the move to London today.

They also claim Palhinha's trip to Lisbon will be swift before he heads to London to finalise his transfer.
