Tottenham have reached a breakthrough in talks with Sporting CP for fullback Pedro Porro.

According to Fabrizio Romano, a 'full verbal agreement' has been reached and Porro should be announced as Tottenham's latest signing today.

He's reportedly already on his way to London having said his goodbyes to Sporting.

The full-back will sign a five-year contract and could be in contention for Tottenham's next match against Manchester City next week.
