SPL season run-in fixtures to be announced Tuesday

The Scottish Football Association will release the final five fixtures for the Scottish Premier League season on Tuesday.

The SFA was originally supposed to make public the schedule on Monday but have been forced to make the announcement on Tuesday.

The SPL will recommence on the weekend of April 20-21 following this weekend's Scottish Cup semi-finals between Hibernian and Falkirk (Saturday) and Dundee United and Celtic (Sunday).

Celtic currently lead the league by 15 points to second-placed Motherwell who are ahead of Inverness, St Johnstone, Ross County and Dundee United for the Championship round of matches.

Kilmarnock, Aberdeen, Hibernian, Heart of Midlothian, St Mirren and bottom-placed Dundee make up the bottom six of the Scottish top flight.
