SPECIAL LOAN MENTION: Watford striker Vydra continues FA Cup love affair with Reading

Matej Vydra sure does love playing in the FA Cup.

Following up on his third round hat-trick against Huddersfield Town, Vydra, who is currently on loan at Reading from Watford, netted a brace in the Royals' fourth round trouncing of Walsall on Saturday.

The Czech Republic forward doubled Reading's lead in the 41st minute shortly after Hal Robson-Kanu's opener.

Latching onto Stephen Quinn's cross, Vydra had little to do, poking home from inside the six-yard box.

The 23-year-old's second came at the end of normal time when he connected with Chris Gunter's cross to clinically head home past the front post of Walsall replacement keeper Craig MacGillivray.

Vydra's tally in the competition has risen to six goals in three appearances and he will be hoping that form will translate into the Championship where he has struggled since moving to the Madejski Stadium from Vicarage Road in September.
